are these boils or ulcers?
boils are an infection caused by Staph aureus. and should have pus in them-
Boils and carbuncles are firm reddish swellings about 0.2-0.4in (5-10 mm) across that are slightly raised above the skin surface. They are sore to the touch. A boil usually has a visible central core of pus; a carbuncle is larger and has several visible heads. Boils occur most commonly on the face, back of the neck, buttocks, upper legs and groin area, armpits, and upper torso.

ulcers-A mouth ulcer is a breach or break in the mucous membrane which lines the inside of the mouth. It usually looks like a depression in the mucous membrane and usually has a yellow or white colour. The size may vary from a millimetre or less in diameter to several centimetres. In addition to the other ideas, sometimes it's a food allergy that caused sores inside the mouth. Think about whether something you've eaten recently could be the culprit, or whether there's a pattern to these flareups. In the meantime, you can rinse your mouth with a warm mild saltwater solution (one teaspoon of salt to a glass of water.) I always start with the least intrusive course of treatment before using the "heavy artillery."

sores of any kind in the mouth are usually a result of poor oral hygiene and poor hydration and poor nutrition. To heal them as quickly as possible, brush your teeth after every meal, use an antibacterial mouthwash like Listerine twice a day, drink at least 2 liters of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

Boils are caused by the staph bacteria and to get rid of them you need to see your doc for antibiotics.
