TuneUp Utilities 2007 has a good registry cleaner as well as a registry defrag and many other useful tools....you get 30 days free...

ccleaner is great. and totally free..

also ace utilites is free for 30 days.

Id use them both - and then just conintue to run ccleaner - and you'll be fine.

I have cccleaner, ad-aware, spybot and avg on my system - and have NEVER had a problem.
