I ate a thin piece of chicken breast almost the size of my palm on a whole wheat pita. Is that enough? I'm thinking I should eat an apple or something. Or some crackers with peanut butter.

If you are still hungry then it isn't enough. I would go with the apple or some type of fruit. It's healthy and tasty. Let me know what you decided.

An apple or any kind of fruit would be good with this. No crackers, that's more carbs. You already had pita bread. Even veggies would be good, like carrots. Or some yogurt. There's lots of things to eat with a sandwich.

You really should eat some raw veggies or the apple you were talking about. Have some carrots or something. You need vitamins and minerals found in veggies and fruits. It's also better energy food. You may want to consider a snack between lunch and dinner. It will help to keep your metobolic rate a little higher.

You should probably eat more to give your body more nutrtion. The crackers with peanut will help along with the apple

It's enough, but if you want more balance and less chance of getting hungry half an hr later add a piece of fresh fruit and/or juice or diet drink. Yogurt is good too.

Peanut butter is great, but try to balance your lunch with fruit and maybe carrots. No junk food!

apple and maybe some cut up vegetables like celery or carrots. What you just ate is not going to stick with you, you need to pick items that'll make you feel satisfied.

It sounds like you are trying to eat correct portions...that is great. A piece of fruit would also be acceptable, or a small salad.

If you can, you should always eat or drink something acidic when you eat meat to help your body break it down better. Orange juice or tomato juice work well.
