This assumes that you have a DVD burner.

Copy still pictures and videos onto your computer. Open Windows Movie Maker and import images and video into it as a collection. Drag and drop images and video into the storyboard or timeline. Click FILE and then save the storyboard as a movie. When saving as a movie, you can opt to burn to a DVD.

You can also save as unfinished projects and add music and effects to the them.

look for kodak photo cd compatible on your dvd player. If it is photo cd compatable the only thing you have to do is burn a data cd full of your picture files. Put the cd in your dvd player and it will run a slideshow. video's can be done by converting the video format to be dvd burner compatible (nero professional is a great all in one for this)
