Depends whats on your hands. Have you ever tried to get something greasy off your hands with cold water? It just doesn't work. But I think it is the soap that does the job.

Our doctor told us that it's not even necessary to use soap. That it's the water flushing over your hands that washes away the germs, not the soap itself or the temp of the water. It's the act of the water carrying the germs away. Most of us don't let the water run over our hands long enough though. I have been told to continue washing the entire time it would take to sing the happy birthday song.

well der cold water never would clean hands warm or hot will be the best

No it doesn't clean better. It is the soap and the friction of rubbing your hands that cleans. The longer you rub and the more body surface of your hands that you rub the better the cleanse.

yes hot water works better then cold because hot kills germs left on your hands and cold freezes them and thats not clean now is it
