English riders wear breeches (they look like leggings with leather patches on the insides of the knees and are usually a tan color). As for brand names yes there are. (Ariat, Dublin, Devon Aire) Prices can range from $60- $200.

English:Jodhpurs or breeches are comfortable and correct for English style riding, the cost is about 35 for simple to 200. Race Jockeys wear Jodhpurs also.English riders favor half chaps or tall boots.
Western style riders wear Wrangler or other denim pants, from 25 to 200 a pair, often with chaps for extra protection and style.
Polo riders wear Whites,or Polo jeans with tall boots or boots and half chaps. Pants: 30-90.
Other riding styles have their own style of pants, boots, leg covers and hats/caps/helmets.
