Well it depends on how much active do you want or can get while working; to lose a pound you need to burn or not to eat 3,500 calories (per week not per day, that be would suicide). From my experience is not good idea to work-out at the job, too many distractions; you must use all you concentration to take care of your duties or you'll get fired. Besides is not a good idea to get caught using the job site as a gym. Cut the sugar, is addictive and a diet enemy (no sodas, chocolates, or candies). Do not sit to watch TV, that will get you hungry; clean the house if you have nothing to do, you'll score some points with the parents while burning some calories. Check your gym routine, may be you are not doing things the right way, is very common to cheat on ourselves. Go 6 nights instead of 4. Run or walk 30 or 60 minutes at the morning. Do not overdo, listen your body, if you feel sik STOP and ask for advise or help; do no take "magic" pills.

Well, you could play some active games with the 2 year old. Maybe do some calesthenics (you know, touch your toes, jumping jacks, things like that) I'm sure the 2 y.o. needs some activity also.
Some exercise authorities say that 10 to 15 minutes of activity at a time spread throughout the day is just as good as 45 min. to an hour of jogging.

since kids are still little i am pretty sure they are loud and run around alot, run after themplay with them, and then u will keep your self active. don't sit, stand most of the time and you can squeez in some sit ups or other excersize while kids are sleeping or relaxing during the day. But just becuase you have been loosing more weight at the start of your diet it doesn't mean u will be loosing the same, in the begging u always loos more, becuase at first u loose water, but after you start to loose the old fat so that already the hard part, and everyone who is trying to loose weight face this problem.
