When the police steal from you there is no one you can turn to. Your property is as good as lost. You can complain to the Police, who will investigate themselves and tell you that the Police are quite right to take the items.
A bit like selecting high court Judges from a bunch of Ex Convicts and wondering why everyone gets off on appeal.
You have been brainwashed from an early age to be submissive to the LAW.
The LAW is designed to keep you in your place, failure to remain in your place brands you a CRIMINAL.
So if you are a LAW abiding submissive, just give over your property to the police, smile, bend over and take it up the A** like all the other cattle.

The Police can keep the titles for therefore long because that's proper to the learn. If I were you, i might want to call them and ask them both to flow them someplace else or you'll surely eliminate them. you'll then both get custody of the autos or they are going to be out your way. as far as sale is going, in the adventure that they were offered illegally, they want to promote them and keep the proceeds, seem contained in the statute. If it says someone won't be able to do some thing, question it. he isn't any longer someone yet someone. also get him to point this to the court docket because it would get him off the prices.

They can keep i until their investigation is closed. However, if the evidence become part of indictment, then the DA can keep it until the end of trial. If a conviction is "appealed" the DA can continue to hold the evidence (assuming the evidence is connected to the "appeal").

Finally, if the "evidence" is itself "unlawful" you will never get it back. Stole property, drugs, illegal weaponry are examples.
