I have a head cold and I've tried everything. I've used Afrin, all kinds of over the counter cold meds...I even plugged in the vaporizer over the weekend. I haven't been able to taste or smell much of anything for 4 days now. Any suggestions on what I can do..keep in mind. I've already tried the nasal sprays. The funny thing is...I can breathe out of my nose just fine..I guess I'm congested up further in my sinuses. It's driving me nuts!!!

Try Sudifed, it is over the counter, and works great, get the one for day time, take it 3 times a day, and you will see results! I hope you well better!

You need to wait it out. There is nothing you can do so just relax and let this head cold pass.
