You need 30% fat in your diet. It is best to stick with the good fats, i.e., stuff like olive oil, avocados, etc.
You would get ill if you did not eat any fat in your diet.
Diet ideally should be 40% Protein, 30% Low Glycemic Index Carbohydrates and 30% Fat.
Pick up a book about the Zone; it works! The current study supports the notion that the source of fats affects their physiology. New fats are required to burn fat normally and to maintain glucose and cholesterol levels within the normal range."

You need some fat in your diet (20-30% of your calories). Fat is in part what helps you feel satiated after a meal. You just need to make sure the fats you are consuming are the healthy ones. Things like Olive Oil, almonds (and other nuts) and avacado are full of good fats.
Most low or no fat food contains a ton of sugar to help offset the taste that the lack of fat would otherwise diminish. High GI (glycemic index) foods like the refined sugars found in these foods lead to a spike in insulin levels in your body which has a direct effect on your bodies ability to convert carbohydrates. High insulin levels leads to storage of fat.

You need some fat in your diet. Some fats are good for you. Fat is required as an energy storage for the body. If you had 0% body fat, you would be burning off muscle as soon as your bloodstream runs out of carbohydrates/sugars.

I'm not to sure there are any foods that don't have much fat in them
One thing i know of the top of my head is that you would get cold
Even though food could be no fat it could be full of sugar that is what adds the flavour
It seems that every person needs to have essential fatty acids for parts of the body to work properly
