you need potassium eat a few bananas or take a pill
Foods high in potassium include bananas, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, tomato or prune juice, honeydew melons, prunes, molasses and potatoes.Potassium is a mineral that works with sodium for proper electrolyte balance and contributes to heart muscle health, changes glycogen to glucose, and promotes healing. Potassium can also be used to treat stress, diabetes, hypertension, hypoglycemia, water balance and distribution, MUSCLE & nerve cell function, kidney and adrenal function.

Cramps. Oww, I get that sometimes and there doesn't seem to be any reason for it. The only thing that helps is if I point my toes upwards and try to stretch. If you get them all the time maybe you should go to a doctor and make sure nothing is wrong.

Sounds like muscle cramps at night. Be sure you are getting enough calcium. See your doc as he can prescribe a med like quinine to help with this. One other remedy that I guess helps is to put a bar of soap under your sheets by your feet.

This happens to me sometimes. It is just your bodies way of telling you that it needs potassium. Tomatoes and bananas are rich in potassium.
