Hi, i have small breats but they are a very nice round shape, i want them to b bigger, any advice naturally i.e. foods or exercise that can make them bigger, im 24 btw.

yeh they are more than a mouth and handful is that plenty? they jus look small wen i lay on my back

I think if you want bigger breasts you should go for it. Just make sure it is for the right reasons. After all the old adage is the bigger the better, but of course you should set a limit. And make sure you are doing it for you and not someone else. Course more than a mouthful might be a waste for some people. But I have no advice on naturally doing, sorry.

There's nothing wrong with small breasts. In fact I prefer women with small breasts. To augment your size it to make you fake and fake is so fake. There are those of us that wouldn't even look at a woman that has enlarged breasts. I know I wouldn't ever take one out and yes, I can tell when they have been enlarged. If you want to firm them up use isometrics or that thing at the gyms where you sit down and using your forearms, push the two things together in front of you but you really don't need it. Trust me, you're fine just the way you are and if you want to get into the more crude, anything over a mouth full is wasted.

btw most guys really would rather have a nice shape then big fake boobs. Don't get surgery. Especially as guys get older - their fixation on "big" fades....

Short of gaining a lot of weight or breast augmentation surgery, there is nothing much you can do.
Small breasts are nice. I tend to prefer them, personally.

Other than silicone, I don't think there is anything that can make your boobs to much bigger. I bet they look great just as they are.
