I think that Vitamins, like a one A Day that includes all of the required daily dosage is good for you. You will have more energy, feel better and be sick less often, and I truly believe this. You also should eat fruits and vegetables, (fresh if you can get them) and drink water or juice as opposed to Soft Drinks.....I do not hink it is a waste of $$ After all, one trip to the dr. these days is $40.00 at minimum! A one month supply of vitamins is about $10 to $20.....and you don't need the most expensive brand.

Depends on what supplements you're taking.
If you're taking supplements to 'make up' for the poor food choices you may be making, then it's a little building a boat from rotten wood but using the best screws in the world to hold it together.

Proper supplement use and dosage can be very beneficial, but it's only a part of being healthy.

Usually the specific formulas are just a waste but a general supplement such as Centrum or One A Day can do just that, supplement the nutrition you are missing in your daily diet. They are not a substitute but a supplement.
