You should see a doctor, sounds like you have some crossover symptoms of a few things, but hopefully nothing as serious as HIV. It's possible you are suffering a migraine or migraine aura which can cause your body to do a lot of really strange things like the pin prick sensations, tinnitus, light/sound/smell sensitivity, balance problems, concentration problems, and sometimes stomach upsets go along with that. The rash is a concern, too, make sure that's not an allergic reaction. Good luck, hope you find a good doc who can sort it out quickly.

It is almost impossible to live with tinnitus but you don't have to. If you are hearing the noises, whether all the time or intermittently, you must seek treatment immediately. But sadly, conventional treatments only treat the symptoms of tinnitus and may provide temporary relief at best.

The only way you could ever get rid of your tinnitus for good is by following the holistic approach to healing. By using a multidimensional treatment for tinnitus, we are tackling all tinnitus causative factors and eliminating these triggering elements from the root. This is the only path for permanent freedom from tinnitus.

Could be a lot of things-you need to see a doctor--or go to the ER, it doesn't sound like it's related to an STD or HIV. Sounds almost like a hypersensitivity reaction to something?

it does mimmic hepatitis c symtoms which is a viral infection.

most doctors will rely on a liver panel test, but this is not always indicative of a problem as with HCV, the ALT and AST levels can sometimes appear normal or wax and wane as a natural phenomenon of hcv.

have them test for hcv directly.

good luck!

This does not sound like an infection. It sounds like you have some ear problems going on and some bowel/intestinal problems going on. See an ENT for the ear problems and a regular doc for starters for your other problems.
