Spelling might not be correct but I just need a meaning to the phrase.

"Sum cognitus tibi" (not tui) would mean "I am known to you". With the question mark: "Am I known to you?" Do you know me?

However, "tui" is genitive, and I don't know how that fits in. Cognitus, to be known to someone, should be followed by a dative (tibi). Are you sure about the "tui"?
