Sounds like Rondec T, a decongestant. Don't take any chances though, get rid of it.

Do you have a toilet, flush it.....If it is old it will loose its ability to do as it was made to do will not work. Even if it is still OK who wants to chance putting a unknown substance into ones body, other ways of killing ones self then this....The dogs could get a hold of it, your child. Safer to flush it...
