When you are finished with all troubleshooting, close all programs and restart the computer as you normally would.
To use the System Configuration Utility method

Click Start, Run and type MSCONFIG in the box and click OK
The System Configuration Utility appears, On the BOOT.INI tab, Check the "/SAFEBOOT" option, and then click OK and Restart your computer when prompted.
The computer restarts in Safe mode.
Perform the troubleshooting steps for which you are using Safe Mode.
When you are finished with troubleshooting in Safe mode, open MSCONFIG again, on the BOOT.INI tab, uncheck "/SAFEBOOT" and click OK to restart your computer

i imagine u were given massive hardship right here, u reported that once repairing windowXp ur computing gadget works purely one time.. on the prompt you should deploy as a lot as date antivirus and firewall.. b'coz it type of appears like ur computing gadget is effected with virus in "device volume thoughts" and thats why at the same time as u restoration XP it enable to get appropriate of entry to u, yet after u shutdown or restart it back were given contaminated from another force. i imagine if u reinstall XP then also u were given similar difficulty. b'coz reinstalling restoration your document from purely one force(on which ur OS or XP is put in), so so you might ought to sparkling that from all different force. so its more suitable to position in as a lot as date antivirus and firewall. or you may backup ur archives and fully format ur compuer and repartitioning it.. determination is urs..... gud success
