yes, most puppies only go about once and hour. Just WATCH her. You should notice when she needs to go again. She'll start sniffing. Just make sure you put her where she can go about every hour or so.

I dont think you should let her roam around yet. She IS only 8 weeks old and it's great that you got her to do that. However, you shouldn't her her roam around the entire house. She should be introduced to each room slowly. Potty training is tricky because you have to be sure you don't push her too much but at the same time, you don't want her getting too used to a litter box. Give it some time, I'd start in the kitchen and bathroom (places that aren't carpeted).

You don't want to train her to go in a box, and definitely not her crate, if you plan on the dog going to the bathroom outside eventually. You are adding an extra step which is needless and more complicated for the puppy.

You can let her roam around, but only if she's being watched. I would not let her roam, without supervision, because, being a puppy, her curiosity can get her in trouble. Make sure you puppy proof your house. Put everything like plants, electrical cords, medicines, or anything you don't want her chewing on or getting into out of her reach. If she starts sniffing around, she has to go. Congrats on your new puppy!

your dog should be going out side to go do it's business and when your puppy lets you know it wants to go out then you can start letting it roam the house. but if you want to keep it box broke then make sure the box is near enough to go to. but as far as roaming, you should let is run around in the house for exercises. they do need some sun because it is healthy for the bones.

Yes, but you will have to watch her while she's out. She's a puppy...i.e. small bladder and probably not fully trained yet at 8 wks.
