I did snacks for a Halloween party and saw this (the brain) when I did a search for Halloween recipes, or something like that. I think I read that the molds were available at Spencer's gifts.

You may also write or e-mail Jello.com You can make a jello mold yourself too out of plastic and tinfoil.
Shape the foil to whatever you want. Line with saran wrap and pour Jello in.

Spencers used to carry them, if not there then try a Patystore or costume store. They usually carry items for Halloween or weird party stuff...

I use aluminum foil (heavy duty kind) to make molds that are hard to find for baking. Try it for jello, it should work.
