I wish I could give you some magical advice and you would know.... but I can't!
The only help / advice I can give you is to follow your heart. I knew I was in love with my husband when I realized, I didn't want to spend ANY time without him. The saddest or hardest part of our relationship was when we had to say good bye. I counted down the days until we got to see each other again (LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP!!!)
As for when he has fallen in love with you - I would say he will make you a priority. He will begin to do things that you like just to be with you. My husband goes to see "chick flicks" because I like them... although he HATES them... just to make me happy.
He, also, cooks dinner for me - nightly... and truly listen to me.
This is much different than the way other men show their love and affection... that is why there is not a concrete answer.

for you.... you'll be able to tell on your own whether or not you LOVE him. no one but yourself can decide that. When all you do is think about him, want to spend time with him, hate being away from him, want to do things for him, etc. you know it's LOVE
to find out if he feels the same way... ugh it's a lot more tricky. in fact, i bet he probabaly doesn't even know. But, you'll be able to tell in the way he treats you, acts around you, refers to you with other people ( "this is my amazing girlfriend"), etc.
or, you could just ask him or palin out say "I love you" and see where that takes you. But don't be surprised if he doesn't recriprocate, guys are messed up when it comes to relationships and get scared at the thought of love and committment, plus if you dwell on it too much or become overbearing.. he'll start hating you and dump you

Knowing that hes in love with you is the hard part..as far as you knowing you are in love with him..when nothing else seems to matter, when the world seems to stop when you are with him, when hes the last and first thing you think about, when you truly KNOW that you would do anything to be with this person and attempt to overcome any obsticles that may come..and when it hurts so much to think about it you could cry...as far as him being in love with you..sometimes the best way to tell is look inside..can you sense that he does?? If so, then theres your answer..Good Luck

Find out from your own heart and see how you behave around him. And get a clear look at him how he treat you, how he give you a lot of attetions, from there you find the answers and you will know it. I always know what i see if i am in love or not.

Do you sill have butterflies in your stomach? Do you love how he looks, the way he smells, the way he smiles at you , and the way he tell you that he loves you? You are in love but also you both love each other. Do you two do everything for each other.

it's hard to measure how much both love each other, but your feelings just telling u the truth.. so don't worry as far that both good to each other he loves u. and respect u is most important.

If you have feelings for him and he cares about you then you probably really like him. Also, if he calls you or asks you out then thats another sign but if he doesnt or didnt like you then he'd probably tell you or show you in one way or another.
