You must understand that what you want to translate to Latin really cannot be translated exactly. What I have given you here is what a Roman could say that would convey what you mean to say.

I'm curious what you'd use this for. If you want it to appear just as it would have appeared in ancient Latin, then do this:

GAVDIVM.MIHI.VAE.TIBI

There is no translation for Hooray. You can choose another word with the site I will provide but here it is anyway.
