Not particulary as a place to visit but just in General? What do you think of it as a place? What do you think of the people that live there?

i grew up in west yorks so used to go shopping there all the time and thought it was ok.
Moved away from yorkshire now, but at christmas went shopping there and couldnt believe my eyes its fantastic now very grand! my brother in law works in a cocktail bar in the centre and he loves it, i'd say a million times better than most cities and it has a fantastic night life
As for people there they must be ace as they are west yorkies, there are a lot of rough areas though but you get that in all citys

I live in Leeds and have done most of my life. I find it a great place, although very much lacking in any greenery, you have to go further out to see a field!
Great shops, lots to do, different places to visit and fantastic nightlife!
The people vary, but on the whole I would say Leeds folk are friendly, obviously you get some who aren't but thats the same as everywhere else really isn't it?
So I think of Leeds as a friendly, fun place to be (even if for half of the year you need a brolly!)

i live near leeds and think it's great..
shopping, night life etc is all great,
plus the beauty of it is ,despite being a big city it's only a stones throw away from the beautiful yorkshire countryside!
