Why do guys feel bad when a girl cries??
I was at a gymnastics meet and I broke my ankle. My b/f ended up carrying me to the trainer, but he felt bad b/c I was crying.
Why do guys hate to see girls cry??

Even his friend felt bad. He said he felt bad especially when I came out on crutches, and ended us with third place(out of 60)
He thought I did good but I told him I didn't think so.

Its different for many guys, and some can handle it, and some don't really know how to respond to it, and depending on the situation, some will do well and some won't. Now, some guys have been hardened by women who cry for attention and just to get sympathy. Now I know the question was in response to a broken ankle, thats different than someone acting. But it does happen..

Well I guess there are some guys out there who like to see a girl cry. Those are the ones that most of the girls on Yahoo Q&A complain about.
But I am sure your Bf hates to see you cry because he loves you, & deeply cares about your well being.

because when you care about someone you don't want bad things to happen to them. When they get hurt you don't like it and if they are crying then you know they got hurt really bad. You may get a little scared too thinking it could be something a lot worse.

When they cry along with you or real bad when you do, they are just showing that they actually care about you. There's nothing to worry about. I wish I had a guy to feel like that with,

I think if we're being perfectly honest here, since the female mind relies solely on emotion, men, who are driven by reason and logic, tend to take pity on them. Like when a child skins its knee or someone finds a stray cat.

Its normal because the guys are supposed to protect girls from getting hurt emotionally and physically.

Its normal to feel bad because girls end up hurt then guy do. Its won't be fair for guys to see it. Its normal, its nice of him feel bad for you because he cares about you.

Acctually you've missed to mention that your bf cares for you very much and this is probably why he feels bad when you cry.
