what i need to know is how do i get specfic dates of when i worked for kenny s bar inc. in 2004. i need to get exact dates.

Are you able to call your former employer and find out? You could check with the person in charge of hiring, HR person etc..

You should be able to request that information from the IRS directly@ 1-800-892-3009 expect to be on hold for a while...good luck!

The IRS won't have dates just income.
Call the former employer and ask.
