Tell him your concerns so he doesn't think you don't like him at least. But why do you have a boyfriend (ie romantic relationship) if you are afraid of kissing? Maybe you should just be friends.

I was like that once scared to kiss ,even when they look at me i use to be scared and hold myhead down or look the other way.But I got the courage one day and Isaid I was going to kiss him, and when I went to kiss him I froze again. But the next time I said in my mind I was going to do I said I am gonna do it today.I thought about it all day,but Igot it out of me and and stop punking out and did it it was not so bad. But even now i still don't kiss a lot.But overall don't do if you don't want to.

You should wait until you are no longer a little girl. Save the kissing for when you are much older, more informed, and no longer afraid.
Also, talk to your Mommy about these things honey. A bunch of strangers on the Internet can't help you, but she can.
