I know most people judge the presence of a God simply by the fact that their prayers are not answered.
Tell us, how your prayers got answered. And be specific pls. Thank you

Ive had moments of pure sadness and depression in my life, moments where I needed some kind of support when I was alone, and not a single one of those moments, have passed without someone calling me on my cell phone saying: hey! youve been missed, where have you been?

People often overlook the fact that because he is a benign creator, unlike Yahweh, the Flying Spaghetti Monster sometimes intervenes in some of those prayers - please ensure I get home from the party safely, please let me pass my driving test - even though they aren't addressed to him (because he is the one and true creator). More people have been touched by his noodly appendage than they ever realized.

Well I was homeless, mad with God, and topped that off by being a high school drop-out. One day I came to the end of my ropes and was considering self-murder. I sat on the vacant floor of my just evicted apartment and told God if he could change my life for the better I would serve him. It wasn't all instantly, but today I have a 5 bedroom home, a successful trucking company, a beautiful wife and 2 sons, and my second book was just published selling over 42,000 copies in the first 4 weeks. I assure you that God answers prayers.

My son, now age 5, was born at 26 weeks gestation. He was 1.5 pounds, unable to breathe, and had NO kidneys. The doctors told me to call a funeral home and start making arrangements as there was no way he would possibly live through the night. We prayed, and prayed, and prayed. God promised me a healthy child, in a vision.
By the time we left there, 14 weeks later, the doctors said that he would be mentally retarded, and probably blind.
Today he is a perfect 5 year old.
Show me someone that claims that God doesn't exist, or that He doesn't answer prayers, or that He doesn't perform miracles and I will show you a liar. He most certainly does!!

First one was March 4, 1999 when I asked Jesus into my heart and he saved me.
Second one was about our car. We was in debt and was doing our best not to create more debt. Cause we knew we couldnt pay for a new car or even a used. We borrowed his brothers vechile for a few months and left it in God's hand to provide us with a car. A few folks knew that we needed a vechile and that we was praying for one. A friend of ours called us one day and said they wanted us to go with them and look for a vechile. We did and they told us to pick out between two cars they had. They bought us a station wagon with many miles but was the best car we ever had. We put around 3 hundred thousand on it our self. It was a blessing to us and to them as well. God is good.

There are several; the Bears won the football game 1/21/2007.
I heard about a congregational meeting where my wife currently (1/21/2007) attends.
The hurricane Rita was downgraded froma class 5 hurricane to class 3 before hitting the U.S. coast.
The hurricane that crossed Florida during 2005 took few (if any) human lives during its crossing.

My prayers were generally answered when I prayed for His will to be done and not my own. You can pray for what you want and have faith in that expectation but you have allow Him to do what He thinks is best.
I can't number the times God has answered my prayers. Namely in finding a good companion after many years of struggling and abuse.
This was the prayer:
God, you know that my choices have lead me to this day where I am confused and scared. God you know that I can't choose for myself what's best for me. Lord I've spent so many years trying to decide for myself and look where I am.
Please help me now if You will? I give you my life and beg you to do with it what You will. I give up all decision making now. I don't want to be responsible anymore for what happens next. Whatever You decide I know will be best for me.
You know my needs and desires. I ask that You take charge and CHOOSE for ME! Please Just take control because I can't do it anymore!
Thank you Jesus
