What is the point, you cant get the same affection from cuddling your computer. Nothing matches having REAL sex, be it with someone you love or a one night stand.
Cyber is just words, you might as well get off on a mills & Boon book lol.

You are absolutely right, it doesn't come close to having real cuddles and the rest. But it still can be very intimate and a pleasurable experience. My boyfriend and I have to travel a lot (due to work) and cyber is something that we do when there is no alternative. We both have needs and it's one way we can come close to fulfilling them with someone that we love. I find it comforting to know that we can still attend to each others physical and mental needs in order to prevent most of the frustration caused by separation.
Sex can just be purely physical, you don't have to connect with the person you are touching. Cyber sex can be the same, but when you are in a relationship and taking part in cyber you can connect in that very intimate way.
I'm not sure how effective cyber is with people who are not already in a relationship. Maybe it is just like looking at a mag or a porn movie, but I think just emotionally connecting with another human being and believing that you are giving as much pleasure as you are receiving has to be better than the mags, doesn't it?

they are 2 different things --- a relationship online is not mainly about sex its about connecting with someone emotionally and you can do that --- the sex side of it is about loneliness and safety ---- using your imagination rather than trying to find someone who is of a like mind and i dont think a mills and boon would even come close to what you may experience
yes there is nothing better than real sex with someone you care about and who cares for you but if because of circumstances you take what you can get

Because they are not getting it in real life so i suppose this is the next best thing, especially the guys who stalk women fishing for their answers, because they think they are onto some thing.... how lame and sad that is, but i agree what a waste of time, they should get out into the real world, and find the real thing, much more satisfying.
