It all started around 6:30am this morning, I felt the need to go to the restroom like immediately, and I did, however, when I got there, I felt like I was going to faint, felt nauseous and weak. It took me a while to get over it, now, I'm at work and still feeling the stomach aches, having to go to the restroom again and again. Also, I feel like I'm wanting to have a "spell" of fainting again every time. Any advice on what I can take or do?

Sounds like you could have a stomach virus. You should probably go home, rest, and drink plenty of fluids.
The fainting feeling could be coming from over stimulating of your vagus nerve from the abdominal cramps, which slows down your heart rate.
You should see your doctor if the symptoms last for more than 2 days or you notice blood in your stool.

Had a similar experience a few weeks ago, not pleasant. As the person above said it might be the beginning of a virus and your body is just reacting to get rid of it.
I needed to rest and frequent the restroom for about 3 days, couldn't eat and only drank ginger ale, it seemed to settle my stomach a bit. Drink water and just let it run its course.
Also I didn't;t take anything to stop the diarrhea as its whats working to eliminate what ever is wrong.
If more than a few days see your doc.
Hope you feel better soon.

Stomach pain or bellyache may be caused due to a problem in the organs in the abdominal region. The main organs in the abdomen are the digestive system consisting of the stomach, small and large intestines, the liver, the gall bladder , pancreas, the appendix and the kidney. Minor problems like gastroenteritis can cause severe pain, while fatal illnesses like cancer may cause only mild pain. This sounds like a classic case of stress. You need to lie down, relax, and hydrate. Stress dehydrates you and impedes circulation of both fluids and oxygen. It also weakens your immune system and makes you prone to diseases, and it cause a great many chemical imbalances which allows the normal bacteria in your stomach and other places to get out of control and allows the build-up of toxins in the blood. Hydration, rest, and controlled breathing cleanses the body of these toxins and restores circulation and chemical balance, but the permanent solution lies in discovering the underlying cause of stress, typically by finding peace with traumatic events; even a collection of traumatic events with a cummulative effect/interaction.
Record your feelings of your body (symptoms) and of your mind (anxieties) separately as you relax at home (take the day off of work). Visit with a family practice physician and a psychologist with your lists. If left untreated, further symptoms can develop including: tingling feelings in the extremities, headache, nausea, impaired vision, difficulty breathing, and irregularities with the normal processes of the reproductive system, to name a few of the more common developments.

You need to go home as it sounds like you have the start of the flu or an intestinal bug. Why risk spreading it to your co-workers or getting sicker on the job. Go home and get some rest. Also for the diarrhea you can take immodium aka loperimide.

Sounds like the stomach flu to me. You should really go home and relax, drink plenty of fluids that arent red, as they might be mistaken for blood. I hope you feel better.

Have you eaten any under-cooked or raw meat/sushi lately? This is why sushi is so deadly. This could be a serious infection in your intestines or something akin to a tapeworm or roundworm. I would seek immediate medical attention.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Why don't you try some time tested home remedies? I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
