Baking Soda is what you want. It is the ingredient used in expensive toothpastes. To use wet the toothbrush and cover about one quarter of the brush and brush. You might have to do this a few times, depending on how fussy you are. Don't brush too hard, because baking soda is a mild abrasive.

Buy a toothpaste and everytime you brush your teeth add a bit of bicarbonate of soda powder to the toothpaste. That is what the teeth whitening toothpaste's consists off. :)

Get whiting strips . Or just get a dentist wash . And you can get a polish straight after it . And it's cheap . I hope this answer helps you .
