WEIGHT LOSS DIET

To lose wet, use a towel.
To lose weight, a combination of reducing the intake of calories and increasing the amount of exercise should help.

you can loose WET faster by maximum exposure to sunlight or sitting in some centrally air-conditioned place.
you can loose WEIGHT faster by exercise and changing your eating / living ways.

U have to join any gym their some good health club that will help you in loseing the weight .

if u wana lose wet then use a Towel.....and if u wana lose wieght....'en there are soo many ways like....like i do it every week......try to eat as little u can and try to run with atleast two to three T-shirts and two sweat shirts.....it'll help u loose so much wieght...tat how i do it for wrestling.....oka

Towel or sit in a very hot oven.
Also you may consider having your brain removed as it is about 80% water.

Use a bigger towel. (Oh, did you mean lose WEIGHT???? then the answer is, as always, burn more calories than you consume. EAT LESS, EXERCISE MORE)
