Do guys find valentines day romantic??

No. It is a waste of time and money. Guys will do the romantic thing only if they think it will lead to sex. The more elaborate the plan, the better shot at sex. It's just another day, created by some woman at Hallmark to sell more cards. Another day where a guy has to run around like an idiot trying to find a card, or make dinner reservations, or buy a gift. Why isn't there a national powertool day, or a national barbecue day? Because women determine holidays, not men.

I think Valentine's day is a great chance for most men that fail to express on a daily basis how happy they are to be with their significant other. Earmarking a specific day is their chance to make up for lost time...a second chance if you will...having a women that appreciates the sentiment makes any attempt at romance worth doing and if reciprocated, will undoubtedly bring you many more romantic enterludes in the future.

Yes, most guys like Valentines day. Our biggest problem is knowing the appropriate gift.

Some do, some don't. It depend how they like to do it. Some like to ask out then do romantic. I had four guys ask me out and i went out each of them by each day. It was my best val's day.
