I already know about Vocational Rehabilitation but are there any other agencies I'm unaware of?

Depends on what country you're in. In Ontario, you can apply to the Ontario March of Dimes to help fund it. You have to get at least 3 estimates, do all the paperwork involved and hope like hell the person intaking the info isn't a dufus. My friend applied almost a year ago now and the intake person keeps losing her information.

You can also try service clubs, asking if they might raise the money for you, some will.

Have you looked in any of the cross disabilities magazines like Abilities to see if perhaps someone has a van they no longer need and want to sell.

I hear there are people who go online and beg for help, it wouldn't be my style but I saw it on one of the news magazine shows where people begged online to get their bills paid off, this is a far more worthy thing imho.
