In order to get results that quick, you need to do drastic dieting/exercise. Running is great, try to lose even more water weight by running even longer (2-3 miles at least) , if it feels too much try to go at a slower pace. You also need to reduce your carb. intake, do not eliminate carbs mind you, as they are the most efficient form of energy, but do not eat them after 4 p.m. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep, and drink at least half a gallon of water everyday. If you want a smaller stomach you have to overall get smaller, that means losing water weight, that's why you have to sweat alot. Eat lots of veggies and fruit, and avoid at all costs fast food.

How about try the "eat 2 bowls of cereal ( breakfast, 1 lunch) then a low-fat meal in the evening and some swimming mixed in with your exercise to tighten all muscle groups? Running will only help your legs so maybe sit-ups as well?

It is good you are exercising. Stay away from white flour. Eat only whole wheat bread, fish, baked potato, and broiled chicken.whole wheat rice is also available, it is better than plain rice. Do not eat the skin from the chicken. Also drink a minimum of 10 glasses of water a day. Trust me you will lose weight.

run more than a mile.....jog, it makes you loose weight like soon, swim, it shapes up everything....skipping helps tone legs...eat fruits instead of meat and stuff...stop on oily food for a while....drink water like theres no water tomorrow.... :)

have you changed your diet? that goes along with exercises. eat plenty of fruit and veggies bake, broil, and boil you food NO FRIED FOOD NO FAST FOOD. good luck

Drink water, dont drink pop. watch wat you eat. Exercise 5 days a week and do a little light weight training to build muscle to cut down fat and make a little form. Good luck.
