It's possible to not eat any sugars, but it's not healthy because ver yfew foods don't contain sugar. Even fruits and vegetables have natural sugars in them. Sugars, or carbohydrates, are incredibly important to your biochemistry, despite what people may say about the evils of carbs. So, if you don't eat any sugar at all, you are going to lose weight, but you also won't feel to hot after a week. There are very few things that you'll be able to eat, since there is sugar in fruits, vegetables, breads, pasta, and fats. Your only really safe foods are meats and cheeses and after a while, you aren't going to enjoy that anymore.

It would be difficult as sugar is added to many of the pre packed products we eat. If you included fructose (natural fruit sugar) in taht it would be near on impossible! It will not do you any harm to go without as the body makes its own sugar from carbohydates (startchy foods);

Define sugar?
By the way the food that you eat will be broken down inside your body by enzymes into Glucose, Amino Acids, Glycerol, Fatty Acids.
It is possible but it'll make your body burn up fatty reserves. Actually can you stand being so weak?

It's almost impossible. Almost all foods contain some sugar and most fruits and vegetables contain natural sugar.
Sugar is not bad for you if eaten in moderation. It's only when you pig out on it that it becomes a problem.

It probably is possible but I doubt it's too likely, you'd be surprised at how many things contain sugar.
Salt has sugar added to it (unless it's the more expensive kind that is actually just salt).

Yes, because your body converts carbs into sugars, you can avoid sugar, but still get the glucose effect from anything with carbs.

Yes it is possible, not to eat sugar. You can use Splenda or any other sugar substitute. Sugar is not healthy if overused. It is best to stay away from it. It can make you hyper.
