I believe that Michael "Dynamite" Dokes would have won a close decision in this one. Page had skills and a tremendous jab but he had a bad habit of getting lackadasial during his fights.

This would have been a great fight because Greg Page head was still in the game at this time Greg was a big er faster stronger version of Michael Dokes I don,t take any thing away from Dokes I see Greg winning by KO in the 11th round Page would keep Dokes out on that long hard and fast jab until Dokes gets frustrated and runs into a right hand

It depends which Page showed up. Page was one of the most talented heavies of all time and one of the most underacheivers of all time as well. Page in 81-82 was still in decent shape and could box with anyone and have success. IMO he had way more talent than Dokes but could have found a way to lose to him.

Dokes would have wiped the coke off his nose for an hour and outpointed Page. Page then would have went back to the fridge for another meal.
