This Ehren gave all his reasons for not going to join the fighting in Irak at this stage . The continued use of force cannot solve religious problems. It is not sentimentality that he talks about. He has the courage to walk Like M L K facing all the odds.

Wow, the guy even has his own Wikipedia page now.
On June 22, 2006, U.S. Army 1st Lieutenant Ehren K. Watada stepped forward as the first commissioned officer to publicly refuse deployment to the Iraq War and occupation. He faces court martial and up to 6 years imprisonment for refusing to deploy and for speaking out against a war that he believes is illegal.

I knew a guy in the Army who refused to take the Anthrax vaccine. Guess what happened to him? Dishonorable discharge of course.
Biblically speaking I think he's wrong. We are told to obey the laws of the land and obey those appointed over us. They are going to court martial him, no matter who he gets as a lawyer.

How about Johnny Cohrane?

He should be defended by someone with a knowledge of military law, and by someone who would zealously defend him!
