when we are cold our whole body gets shaky because it helps us create heat, the muscles are moving so they stay arm. Your skin also tightens and forms those bumbs not to let the heat out. When you are nervous it is a different reaction, your muscles are made to stay warm by chattering teeth or trembling because you may have to use your fight or flight instinct and your body is keeping you ready to do that. Soea it make sense to you? Hope I was able to help.

I know when your cold and your shiver and chatter your teeth is because your body is cold and the muscles in your body are trying to get your body temp back to regular by making you shiver, which causes movement which causes heat.
