Here are some exercises you can try. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

Neck Stretches - Tuck your chin, tilt your head slowly toward each shoulder, turn your head from side to side and look over your shoulders, keep your head aligned...do not stick your neck out.

Hand Stretches - Make a fist, then span or spread your fingers as far as possible.

Wrist Stretches - Hold arms straight out in front of body bend your hands up and down.

Forearm Stretches - Place palms together with fingers pointing toward ceiling. Keeping palms together, slowly lower hands until you feel a stretch.

Shoulder Stretches - Shrug your shoulders, then relax them. Roll your shoulders forward and backward. Gently shake your shoulders. Pinch your shoulder blades together. Reach over head and stretch, while stretching do side bends.

Upper Back & Arm Stretches - Sit up or stand up straight, place your hands behind your head, move your elbows backwards to pinch your shoulder blades together. Stretch your arms behind your back.

Lower Back Stretches - Place hands on hips, bend backward.

Upper Back & Upper Arm Stretches - Interlace your fingers with palms facing away from you body, straighten your arms and lift them toward the ceiling.

Eye Comfort Exercises - Blinking (produces tears to help moisten and lubricate the eyes) , Yawning (produces tears to help moisten and lubricate the eyes) , Expose eyes to natural light

Eye Movements - close eyes, slowly and gently move eyes up to the ceiling, then slowly down to the floor-- repeat 3 times
close eyes, slowly and gently move eyes to the left, then slowly to the right --repeat 3 times

Deep Breathing Exercise - while standing, or in an otherwise relaxed position - place one hand on the abdomen and one on the chest and inhale slowly through the nose. hold for 4 seconds
and exhale slowly through the mouth. repeat

Hand Massage - massage the inside and outside of the hand using the thumb and fingers - repeat frequently (including before beginning work)

Calf raises - Stand on both feet and slowly raise up your heels until you're on the balls of your feet. You should feel your calf muscles working. To increase resistance, perform the exercise on one leg at a time.

Yoga balance: Most yoga positions require twisting and stretching. But yoga focuses on balance, too! Try standing on one foot. Alternate feet every six breaths or so.

Squats: Stand with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart, lower your tush toward the ground and bend your knees (keep your back straight). You should feel your quadriceps (upper thighs) working.

I cured my sciatica with this natural treatment ( http://cure-sciatica.info )
Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica.
