my fiance will most likely get hers there.

I did & I liked my expierece for the most part. They are pushy, however, so be prepared to stand your ground. I had to be pretty forceful when it came to shoes...she wanted me to wear 3 inch shoes & her only reason was "that way you save time heming it less!" Well, I'm 5'7 already & I don't want to walk around with my feet killing me all night, so I had to finally firmly state, "I'm more willing to pay to get the dress altered then spend the night in misery." There was also a bit of a hassle about my veil. They (because at this point she realized I was strong willed & called over 2 other people) spent 10 minutes trying to talk me into a blusher, which I've never liked. They didn't seem to get the fact that I thought it looked cheesey to have the veil over my face, they were just trying to convince me I'd get use to having it there. Again though, I firmly but nicely said no & they got the point.
Another annoying point was when I bought my dress I paid a down payment & was told even when I paid my balance off the following week that they would keep the dress for the next 6 weeks until it was altered. Well, when I went to pay the balance they then tell me no, I can't leave the dress there. Not a big deal, I just hate being told different things.
Overall, I love their dresses & I couldn't have found anything more perfect. Plus I love being about to go in & get everything right then, nothing had to be on order & I left with pretty much everything in one day, from head to toe, plus my jewlery. Just remember, they are sales & that's where their money is. Be firm but nice if they get too pushy.

My wife did and she got the dress that she wanted at a great price. We recently had another family wedding, and the bride used David's Bridal and she was happy as well.

I have heard nothing but bad things about Davids bridal. My friend bought hers there and she is short - and they never told her it couldn't be hemmed. She had to were stripper shoes so her dress wouldn't be on the floor. Another friend got hers there and the service was awful. But I am sure every store is different with service. If you find dress you like - go for it - but ask millions of questions.

I bought my dress there on the sale rack for $99! It was the best deal of the whole wedding. I had it altered someplace else though, because I have had bad alteration experiences at David's for other weddings.

I bought my dress at David's yesterday and it was awesome! The consultant I had was great and she even gave me a little pep talk in the dressing room when I got discouraged. They were very helpful. I totally recommend shopping there.

Almost everyone I know that has gotten married in the past several years has bought their dress there. They are very reasonably priced and so pretty. The staff is courteous and so helpful. They sometimes make suggestions for dresses you never thought you'd see yourself wearing and it turns out to be the perfect dress for you! Good Luck!!!

Great, I bought a clearance one 50% off!!
They are going to clean it and fix it for free (some beading needs to be repaired)!!
I have to pay a little extra to have it alter.
But I was really happy with their service and I love the fact they have a lay away so I didn't have to put $600 down all at once. I put $100 a month down so it didn't affect my budget!

I know people who have and they had a great experience. My bridesmaid dresses came from there and everyone was very satisfied.
