If Christians and Muslims have followers of 2 billion and 1.2 billion respectively anything other than like 1 percent grow would mean the whole world would be either muslim or christian within a few short years.
Do you need me to do the math for your?

That is my point. In order to be the fast growing it has to be a high percentage of the current followers.
Take muslims at supposedly 1.2 billion. Take a modest growth of 10% which equals 120 million per year.
Did I help you remove your "im to much of a moron" cap and replace it with your thinking cap so you can make sense of things for once?

For those who have trouble understanding my question and point...
If you have 1.2 billion followers, in order to be growing any more and fastest as well it has to be as a percentage of followers.
So what would someone agree a fast growth rate to be? Let's say 15%.
That would mean that for islam to grow at 15% per year that would be 180 million new converts per year! What!?
yea whatever
The only religions that can say they are the fastest growing are the ones that have much less current followers.

Ramsey James that is at 1% which seems more accurate.

The point is that all of those religions are not saying that they are growing at 1%, they are saying they are the fastest growing.
To be the fastest growing they would have to surpass 100%+ growth rates as someone else pointed out one religion wiccan is growing at 137%
You can only grow fast if you are small because once you are as big as christian nation to continue to grow at that rate would mean the whole world should be christian by now!

First of all, true followers of Christ are not a religion. They are simply restored to the mindset that ALL humans were suppose to have in the first place and it is not a religions mindset it is a creative mindset. I think as believers find their way back to reality after overcoming their natural mindset, they will get away from anything that resembles religion. God is not religious He is real. Truth and God are synomonous. Only Truth its self can teach you what is true and all humans are suppose to have that truth in thier spirits. We are a reflection of Truth/God and that is not religion. Religion is following someone elses way to the Truth. Jesus said I am the Way to Truth. he said I am the Truth. He said that NO Man can come back to the Father without the Mind that He has. Can you imagine that there were only two people on Earth and the Spirit of God was in them? They did not go to church or set aside time to worship, it was just the way it was. It was a way of life, a mindset. It was when man began to take on the knowledge that there was another way to go that the problems began. They then floundered around for thousands of years until Truth its self created its self in the belly of Mary, that reality was on its way back to Earth. None of it was done so man could create a bunch of hoops to jump through called religious docterns of men, to get to God. It was done so man could come back to sanity and once again operate with the mind they were created to have, "The Mind of Christ". Show me where any religion comes into that equasion. It was over a hunderd years before the need to have control created a religion out of Christ. It was a government intervention that caused it. Instead of a everyday lifestyle it became a religion. people are coming back to their senses on a daily basis and turning to the real teacher, The Holy Spirit. They may still fellowship with other believers regualrly but not necessarly in a bulilding. An assemble is one nut and one bolt as anybody that has ever worked on assembly line knows. Where ever two or more are together in Christ, He is in the midst. Any other time He is in the mines of the people where ever they are. So I pray that the followers of Christ are growning and I know for certain that the fragment is together. As for the muslem religion. I say if they continue to seek God they will eventually come to TRUTH and get away from the religious aspect too. If they get hung up on the docterns of men, they are not going anyplace and I pray not many get pulled into religious dogma and miss the reality of God/Truth.
Jesus is Lord, not because of some religion, but because He is the manifest TRUTH. He was created by the Spirit of God to be a way back to TRUTH. That is a real as the Sun and the Moon, and not real-igous.................................

The statistics come, largely, from the American black prison population that is hooking up with Farrikahn.
The Catholic religion is actually dwindling a little.
The Baptist religion flourshied for a while, largely due to Billy Graham in the 50s and 60s.

I dont get that one either. Just like its impossible for GM to be the fastest growing automaker. The only logic that I see is that they are counting either expansion into different countries ie africa and asia. Or, they are counting the number of new converts.

Christians are disingenuous-they know fine well that Christianity is only growing in the third world and is declining in the west but they usually avoid stating those facts.
