Energy drinks are primarily sugar and caffein. It makes little difference where or what kind you buy. The breakouts may be caused by excess sugar in your system or simply clogged pores. The best, #1 energy drink is plain old water.

Check the ingredients on what you're taking in. Sugars? Caffeine? Colors/dyes? Stuff you have no idea what it is?

You might try an energy drink that is actually good for you, and one that is overtaking Red Bull to become the # 1 energy drink in the world: XS Energy Drink. It contains 4,900 percent of the US RDA for Vitamin B-12. This vitamin is responsible for stimulating the production of red blood cells in your body. It contains no sugar and (three of the flavors) no caffeine. If you e-mail me and sign up as a customer, I can get you $ 3.60 off per case. This averages $ 1.70 per 8-ounce can. Click on "My Account." Click on "Create An Account." And once I am alerted by e-mail, I will adjust your pricing so the site will give you the wholesale prices each time you log in.
