I would like a program that is user friendly that would allow me to make different types of graphics or banners. Something that had glitter that I could apply it to objects or text within the graphic. The program would have to be inexpensive or free. Please Help!

adobe photoshop and/or adobe image ready
these r quite expensive though - but i duno any free good programs
u can google or yahoo some key words like graphic software and add free to the search key words
