My best friend is also the guy I like his friend sayd he liked me but he says he doesnt how do I tell him how I feel without hurting our friendship and not makeing a fool out of myself???????????????

You have two options.
One - you can tell him the truth in a straight forward way. Insist that it will not affect your friendship if he doesn't feel the same way about you.
Two - you can start flirting with him and see if he flirts back. This approach is somewhat challenging for your ability to take the whole thing to the next level in case he does flirt back.
In neither way will you look a fool.

I was in the exact same situation before, and let me tell ya, you are probably better off keeping him as a best friend, but if this guy is the one you really want, then tell him that you are feeling more for him than mere friendship, and ask if he feels the same way... if he doesnt, he may feel a little weird towards you, if he does, something may come of it... good luck!

Well it doesn't hurt to ask him how he feels about you. You don't know until you ask. (Right?) You just have to tell him how you feel.Don't worry about your "best friend relationship", if he is your best friend then he wouldn't mine taking it to a new level. But if he doesn't feel the same way about you, then just go on with your life. You can still be best friends with him.
