You should call your doctor now. From what I understand the nasal spray is a live vaccine. The hand out I got from my doctor today says to call your doctor if you have fever over 100 plus cough, cold, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills or fatigue. I am not sure if you are at a high risk though I know younger people are at a higher risk than the elderly. Pneumonia is one of the biggest concerns so especially with your symptoms I would place the call. They can also prescribe antivirals if they think that would help though I think they work best during the first day or two. Rest, drink lots of fluids and stay home from school/work so you don't spread it. Feel better.

Check if u really have fever. Generally in this type of situations it appears to be fever. If it is more than normal you can have paracetamol 6 hourly and steam inhalation three times a day. If the symptoms persists consult a doc u might need an antibiotic. Else if it is manageable i.e., without fever u can use any OTC cough syrup.

Aspirin.

The doctor is a bit extreme. 37 degrees is a normal temperature.
Unless you're throwing up, or your temp goes higher than 38.3-ish then you might want to call the doctor. Other than that, sleep it off!

You are having SINUSITIS, my dear!
Go to a physician/ENT and take proper treatment. Meanwhile, STEAM INHALATION 2 times daily for 20 min will help a lot.
