No Buddhism places very little emphasis on metaphysics. As the Buddha taught the only demons we encounter are products of our own minds.

There isn't a hierarchy, but there are lesser spirits, angels, who are created beings just as we are. Neither angels nor humans are in any kind of hierarchy with the Creator however.

Yes, it does. God is above all, then the Holy Angels come, then the Prophets. But, if humans are good on Earth, then they are counted with all the Saints.
