I am dieting and going to the gym three times a week. I have lost 10lb in three weeks now, but how long will it be before it starts to show on my body?

Around 12lbs takes you down one dress size, so it should be showing pretty soon;

It depends on your weight when you started. If you were 200lbs when you started 10lbs is only 5% of your body weight. unless you don't really need to lose weight 5% won't be noticed. try to go by % of body weight usually a 10% loss is noticeable. A 10lb loss in 3 weeks is very good keep at it and I'm sure you will be pleased with yourself. good luck

You will lose weight in the last place that you gained it. Depending on your body type and where you gained weight last, 10 lbs. will usually show. More importantly, you should feel better. You should start to feel your endurance increasing, your energy level rising, and your sleep will be much better. Just keep up the good work for those reasons and do not worry about the results, they will come in time.

Im sure it shows and you just can't tell yet because you are so used to seeing you. You should take a before picture and take one later and then you will see. 10lbs is good. Keep it up.
