I Just got this answer to the same question.

Looks good I think I am going to go for this

My best friend had this problem and found a website which removes the need for them!
He couldnt find any that were any good, i guess disposable cameras are rubbish by nature.
Anyway this site lets you upload all of your guests digital photos and you and your guests can all see them and exchange them and they are password protected for you and your guests so strangers cant hack them. Its really good, I managed to get some great pics from other guests and Im sure my friend got some kind of complimentary album or DVD.

its called www.uploadourday.com

I don't think so! I went to a wedding and she had those cameras on all of the tables. Everyone had to leave them when they left of course so she was able to get photos from everyone elses point of view and of course everyone at the table will take a picture with it so you will also have photos of everyone there! Digital cameras and phones have almost killed the disposable ones but if you rely on that you may not get as many photos! Some people may forget to send them to you or not send all of them! Plus disposable cameras are fun because you have no clue what the outcome is until you get it developed! You can't delete it! I would say go for it because I bet you will get some awesome pictures and more of them that way. Just make an announcement to make sure that people 1. leave them there on the table when they leave and 2. Use them along with their cameras!
