I bought services from a local retail store that has their own branded credit card. Months later, additional charges were added, without my authorization, and without my signing a second time. They used my same first signature to "complete the installation". The work is now completed, and it is $4000 more than the original estimate, and the charges are on my credit line in the store. What are my legal rights?

If you have signed nothing for this "complete the installation" and your original charges were not paid for "in part", then I'd say you need to contact a) the company for an explanation of the charges, and b) a lawyer.
