I already went to add/remove programs and uninstalled it, I was wondering if there was anyway to now get it back

go to start menu, go to accessories, go to system tools ( or something close to that) then system restore and you can restore from a previous date.

You could either do a system restore, and just restore your computer to a point before you deleted the documents, or there is software called R-Studio and this can recover basically anything.

I have no idea what you removed/installed, but your documents should still be where they were.
