believe it or not colouring your hair can make it that shiny, her colour is really dark this make the reflections on her hair really light making it shin, go to a hair dressers and have an all over demi colour they have some great colurs in profetional salons and because there is no ammonia in these colours they are more like conditioning treatments on your hair instead of perminant colours making your hair very cousre. these colours only last for 24 washes so would serjest having a re colour every 3 weeks also if you dont like the colour or get sick of it, it will not be perminant so you can change it or let it wash out easily.

Remember what goes inside of your body also reflects the outcome of how it looks on the outside. If you eat healthily, and take supplements such as vitamin E(daily), which is good for the hair, skin and nails you should see a difference in the quality of your skin and hair. The reason the hair mayonnaise recipe makes hair shiny is because it contains egg. Many natural ingredients can be used to make hair shiny and also to make it appear highlighted. If you want this effect, wash your hair as normal then apply
-A cup of cool coffee to dark brown/black hair
-A cup of chamomile tea to blonde hair
I found this idea from a book called Ooh La La Perfect Hair by Susie Galvez...it really is amazing please buy it!!! :D

I know this may sound bizarre, but wash your hair with filtered water. If you live in a hard water area, you are basically adding limescale to your hair.
I remember I used to live in Brighton and when I visisted home, Dublin, people used to comment that my hair was shinier, when I came back.
Use a good shampoo, and take vitamin D, aswell. But the others are right, there is probably serum in her hair, and is specially blown dry to bring out the shine,

use a shampoo like pantenes Sleek and Shine - its very very good, and if you use it with Pantene's Repair and protect treatment you should get a better effect.
then maybe after styling just finish your hair off with Tigi's Bed Head Girls Toys serum. Its very light and wont grease your hair - but quite expensive at around £13
and good pair of straigteners also helps GHD's are the best!

sorry to tell you this, but her hair is not naturally shiny, its dyed black!! black hair always reflects the light better than any other hair colour. The closest you will get to this is a good blow dry and shine serum, your hair dresser will recommend a good one. clinique shine happy is a good one too. Or alternatively you could straighten it with a ghd but you have to use the ghd hair oil to get the shine!!

Her hair is probably that shiny for the very reason that it does contain hair products designed to make hair look shinier. You could try straightening you hair. Even if it is staight already using hair straighteners helps to flatten the hair thus making it appear shinier.

The best thing you can do is invest in decent shampoo and decent straighteners, and dye a darker/lighter tone to your natural colour, but I seriously reccomend Toni and Guy, I've been using it and it's marvelous and believe me I used to have the worst hair imagineable!!
